01 What are product labels?

The average attention span of internet users is ever decreasing, and online stores struggle with conversions. Product labels (also called stickers) are a solution to this problem. They are like mini banners that help grab your users’ attention towards specific products.

02 How do product labels help?

Labels help products stand out so you can drive your users’ attention and nudge them to faster conversions. ModeMagic is the easiest way to highlight your products on sale, best-selling products, fast-selling products, and much more using product labels.

03 How do I install ModeMagic?

To install, follow this link, and click on “Add App”. You can also find us by searching for “Modemagic” on the Shopify App Store.

04 How does it work?

Once you install the app, follow these steps to add product stickers in minutes:

  • Select the products (up to 10) you want to apply labels to.
  • Add a sticker of your choice.
  • Click Apply Changes

05 How does applying labels affect my catalog?

Once you click on “Apply Changes”, Modemagic automatically updates the new images (with labels) to your storefront. Please note Modemagic only updates the cover image (hero image) of your product listing.

06 Can I apply stickers in bulk?

Yes, you can. The more the better! You can update up to 10 images at once. If you need to update more than 10 images, simply repeat this process.

07 What about different image formats?

Modemagic works with ALL image formats. Images get updated in their original formats. This works even if you have multiple formats in your store.

08 Are product labels compatible with my Shopify theme?

Stickers, badges and labels work with all Shopify themes.

09 Can I undo after I apply the stickers?

No worries! Simply press “Undo Sticker”. Once you apply these changes, the original image will be restored in your product catalog.

10 Can I try ModeMagic for free?

Yes, you can. Your account comes with 10 Free Stickers to start off with – so you can experiment with how your store looks.

11 Is it possible to get a refund?

Yes. We don’t charge you upfront while sending you the invoice at the month’s end. We will issue a credit memo in case of any refunds.

12 What if I apply the same sticker on multiple product images?

Credits are deducted for the number of stickers you apply. This is regardless of them being similar or different. For example, if you apply the “trending” sticker on 10 products, 10 credits will be deducted from your account.

13 Can I apply multiple stickers on 1 image?

The app doesn’t have multiple sticker functionality for now. However, please reach out to us if you need to apply multiple stickers. We will make a custom combo sticker for you to use. We got your back 🙂

14 Can I get a refund?

Yes. We send you an invoice at the end of the month, instead of charging upfront. If you need a refund for any sticker packs, we will issue a credit memo.

15 What if I don’t find the stickers I’m looking for?

No worries! Reach out & tell us what you need. We’ll even make a custom design for you. Customers love us for the unique sticker designs we deliver quickly for them.

16 I don’t like how the stickers look. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us with your feedback. We will rework the product images for free until you’re satisfied. Meanwhile, simply press “Undo Sticker”. After applying changes, the original image will be restored in your product catalog.
